Documents to bring a pet to Union Territory in Europe

Coming with pets into Union Territory from another country also of the Union Territory or from Andorra, Croatia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marin,  Switzerland and Vatican, you need the  PET PASSPORT for the animal, the one laid down in Annex to Commission Decision 2003/803/EC, endorsed by a clinical veterinary.

From other countries, your pet must come in through travelers point with an Health Certificated endorsed by the Official Authority of the original country. (see Annex II, decision 2011/874/EU)


For re-entries into Union Territory after the pet has been in an non member state country for a short time, (about a month) is allowed to be accompanied by the PET PASSPORT, the one laid down in Annex to Commission Decision 2003/803/EC, endorsed by a clinical veterinary.
